For reservation

How do I make a reservation?
Please make your reservation from the plan details page. We cannot accept reservations over the phone.
How can I check my reservation details?

To log in, you will need your reservation number and the phone number you entered when making the reservation.
I haven't received the automatic reply email when I made a reservation.
Please check your spam folder as it may have gone there.
If the email address is incorrect, please contact us at contact@japan-burari-trip.com.
What happens if I miss the meeting time?
If you are late for the meeting time, please contact the phone number listed in the email we will send you before departure.

About payment

What methods of payment are available?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB credit cards, and Google Pay.
How will the refund be processed?
When you cancel a reservation from your My Page, we will request a refund from your credit card company.
The actual refund will be subject to the regulations of your credit card company, so please check with your credit card company.

Cancellations and changes to reservations

How can I cancel my reservation?
Until the day before the event, you can access the My Page(https://yoyaku.japan-burari-trip.com/login) After logging in, please click the "Cancel" button at the bottom to cancel. If you wish to cancel on the day of your reservation, please contact the phone number listed in the "emergency contact" email sent to you 3 to 5 days prior to your reservation.
How can I change the number of people or dates after making a reservation?
Reservation details cannot be changed, so please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

Is there an emergency contact number on the day of the tour?
We will send you an email 3 to 5 days prior to your visit with the emergency contact number for the day.
Please contact us if you will be late for the meeting time.
