Three days before your departure, you will be notified of the following two numbers required to issue your Shinkansen ticket on your My Page.
JR Shinkansen tickets can be purchased at JR station ticket vending machines. Please see the list for station ticket vending machines where you can purchase tickets.
*CXL is not possible after ticket issuance. We recommend that you issue your ticket on the day of departure, leaving yourself plenty of time.

The Shinkansen ticket vending machines are located near the ticket gates. Use the same machine as in the photo.
Select the language with the (A) button on the top right. *English is selected for this explanation.

(B) Click "Receive Ticket."

(C) Click "Pick up ticket booked through travel agency."

(D) Press "JR authentication number/JR collection number."

(E) Enter your "JR authentication number/JR collection number" and press "Confirm" (F).

A confirmation of your reservation details will be displayed. After checking, press (G) "Confirm".

The issued ticket will be released.
Each person will receive two tickets for the outbound journey and two for the return journey.
JR station ticket machines are located near the ticket gates.
Please use the ticket machine that says "Shinkansen & Express Tickets.
